These terms cover SMS sent from our Twilio long code used by the family-office assistant “Hobson.”
Hobson SMS provides two-way transactional messages to Robin Sorensen (alerts, reminders, approval requests, and similar notices). It is not a public marketing program.
By requesting SMS access in writing (including via chat with Hobson) and providing a mobile number, you consent to receive messages from this program. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Frequency varies. You may receive several messages in a day when there are alerts or approvals, or none on quiet days.
Message and data rates may apply. Check your wireless plan.

Major U.S. carriers are supported via Twilio A2P 10DLC. Delivery is not guaranteed on every network or device.
