This policy describes how we handle information related to SMS messages sent through our Twilio number used by the family-office assistant “Hobson.”
Messages are sent only to the mobile number of Robin Sorensen (or another number he expressly designates in writing). We do not operate a public signup list or send marketing blasts to the general public.
To deliver SMS we may process: your name, mobile number, and message content you send or receive (for example alerts, reminders, and approval requests). Twilio and mobile carriers process message delivery data as our service providers.
Solely to provide requested transactional SMS (inbox alerts, reminders, approvals, and similar family-office notices) and to honor STOP / HELP requests.
We do not sell personal information. We share message data only with providers needed to deliver SMS (including Twilio and wireless carriers) or when required by law.
Reply STOP to any message to stop SMS. Reply HELP for help. You may also email 1224duval@gmail.com to request removal.
Message logs are kept only as long as needed for delivery, troubleshooting, and bookkeeping, then deleted or archived under ordinary records practices.
